Appt for P0128 CEL (11 Crew AWD V6)
Taking in the Durango for the P0128 code CEL expecting a new thermostat, last time was for the dead 220amp alternator and transmission cooler leak. (2011 V6 Crew AWD)
Let's hope they don't forget to hook up the FCW sensor .. again.
No cars available this time so I'm riding my bike home to boot.
Wish me luck! 🤑

Getter done.
I like working on my vehicles, more than I like taking the vehicle to a dealership to have them do the work. If I can do it, I'm all in.
Why?
Because I know when I do the work, it will be done better and with more care to my vehicle. And another plus, I get to look over other areas of my ride that my need some of my attention too.

Yep, you are correct.
If it's covered by a warranty you should have a dealership do the work.
After all if the dealership doesn't do it correctly, the warranty work would/should still be covered under the/a warranty.
Anybody up for a game of Russian Roulette?

If you make blanket statements you will get grief. It pays 0.9 hours for a thermostat. V6 or V8.
