Default Corsa Exhaust Tip Alignment

I just purchased a Corsa exhaust for my 2017 Durango RT. I had the local Midas shop install it for $140. Fit and finish are awesome and the sound is great. However, both exhaust tips are not centered in the rear valance. They are both closer to the inside of the valance than the outside. After letting the exhaust and hangers settle, I took it back to Midas and they said they couldn't align it any better. Anybody else out there have this problem, and if so, how did you fix it? I have also sent an inquiry to Corsa, but haven't heard back, yet.

Put truck on ground. Lay down under truck. Put foot against drivers side pipe, in front of the bumper (actually under the truck), grab ahold of the passenger side with your hands, then PUSH with your foot. Not sure how much force it will take to actually move things, so, don't really reef on it till you have an idea of how easy it's going to move. (and there is still the possibility that it won't move at all...... but, most of these systems are pretty thin metal, and easy to bend.)

^ this.

Also, seeing the bruiser grey makes me mad that I didn’t keep looking for one. Settled for white cuz I’m a sucker for white but damn if that grey isn’t the best color so far.

Also, you may want to unhook the last set of hangers so you aren’t fighting the rubber as you try to bend it.

That looks really nice (aside from the alignment, which yeah that would drive me nuts too).

Thanks for all the help, everyone. I got the following response from Corsa which seemed to do the trick:

"Due to the clamps having set a position in the pipe connections, it will require 3 people .
One person to loosen the clamps at the mufflers to x-pipe( just in front of the spare tire), and 2 people to adjust( pull the tips to the outside, over exaggerate the adjustment) and hold in location , while person one tightens the clamps to 50Ft.Lbs.
When the 2 adjusters let go of the tips, the system will settle into the center."

Hellomoto, before I bought the bruiser gray, I was looking for a white one with black-out package and red leather. I knew red leather was a no-cost option, but every dealer I talked to didn't know their product and told me they weren't available in red leather. When I grabbed the brochure and showed them, they said they'd never seen one. A quick nationwide search on Autotrader found a couple on the east coast, but nothing anywhere close to the Seattle area. So, bruiser gray with black leather was my second choice, which I really like. It would look bomb with red leather!

Yeah. I wanted red leather as well but the more I thought about it, the more I dreaded the kids thrashing it. Black wears so well.

This is my second RT in white with BT package. I just can’t get over how good this vehicle looks in white. But that bruiser grey is striking. Wish it was a little lighter in color like the charger version.
