No point in rushing things. We all remember what happened when another company rushed the trans options.

Thanks for your patience George.

I've been the guinea pig and we've had a few small bumps, but the testers won't feel those. They are working everything out real well. It should be an awesome final version for sure.

I can't stress enough how exact they've been during this process. This is going to be a fine tuned release.

Waiting is the most difficult part. I know. I want to keep you all in the loop.

06 will be supported. Unless SC changes the order, right now the order they're working in is: 07-08, 04-05, 06.

This is a bit off topic but it is the place for superchip questions. I called superchip today to ask about any problems i might have with my TTi long tube headers and y-pipes that i am installing. They said the long tubes will create a lean condition. Will i be okay? Should i not run the tune? Should I install a air-fuel gauge and keep an eye on it? I really want to be able to use the tuner with the headers.

From what I have read (I don't have an A/F gauge so I don't know for sure) the SC 91 tune already leans out the mix a little. So adding some LT's will probably lean it out even more. How lean will it get, I don't know. You will have to install an A/F gauge to find out.

I mean I am planninng on installing a cut out too. i just dont want to burn up any valves. I just read last night that 14.7:1 is the factory mixture. Shouldn't the PMC strive to keep that ratio even though it is a superchip tune? Or has my trucks computer reached its limits?
