Superchips Questions and Updates

Q#1- I put a 2004 Motor and trans in my 2001 Dakota and used a 2003 wiring harness I have streight pipes"NO CATS"with stock exhaust manifolds...Can I still plug in a 5.7 power commander under the dash of the Dakota?
Q#2- My truck stops going any faster at around-110 MPH.The engine shuts down. Can I change that with a chip or power commander?
Q#3- Which power commander would be the best to buy.There are many out there and they all say they do the same thing.But the price differance between them are in the hundreds.Is it one of those"You get what you pay for" things ?
I plan on going with a small shot of Nitrous "Every once in a while"...what will this effect..

I posted about this problem once but havent tried it out again til now and its still there. WHenever I try and change the tranny control from stock or superchips to user the unit restarts. So before it was stuck on stock but now its on superchips and cant get it to user without it restarting. And yes, I bought the update when it was properly released for 4.7s

so i got me a super chips tuner today. first thing i did like it said is update it. the first update went good but now i have a problem with the update program crashing. anyone else having this problem?

looks like a new update fixed my problems! i have had it set on superchips since the day it came out and couldnt believe how great it was compared to stock! now cant wait to finally use custom shift points

Does the 3865 flashpaq actually adjust firmness in its transmission programming for an 04 ram hemi? The user setting in advanced options only gives me adjustment at WOT but the superchips trans tune setting may adjust for firmness i don't know.

Does anyone know if the superchip 3865 will work for the 2008 4.7L flexfuel? I know it says it works for 2008 4.7L, but its the flexfuel part im not sure about. Trying to be sure before purchase. Thanks
