I'd like to see all that too. I don't think we have seen any real dynos from people on the forum with & without either tuner.

Dyno runs comparing the different tuners would be interesting to see. It would be nice to get a gauge of how the different tunes stack up against each other.

I want to get on the dyno again, but the numbers would be skewed. I've done more to the truck than just switching the tuner since the last time I was on it.

I will ship you my SC if you are willing to get back on the dyno with it. I REALLY want to see what that TC did for you. Just make sure you ship it back

Thats alright, when I get back on the dyno I going to want see what I have gained since the last time. It be nice to do a comparison but I dont think running one taking it off and putting the other on is a very accurate representation of what the programmers can do. Even after the tune is loaded it takes a little while for the truck to "learn" or "adapt" to the tune.

When I get my custom tune for the cam, I have to run it for about 5oo miles between data logging so the truck has time to re-learn.

Alright, so I got my predator, it's all updated, about to plug it up to the truck but just had a couple questions. Do I 100% have to run 93 octane gas, I'd like to stay at 87 or 89 and still modify some minor stuff like the transmition and speed limiter. Im not looking for a racing truck, just a medium upgraded tune. Lemme know dudes.

You dont have to go with the 93 tune, I run the 91 tune with no problems and got a good hike in mpg too, about a 2-3mpg all around gain (I also like to keep my foot into it too so just keep that in mind too). Plenty of power too. I have not ran anything lower than that just because I dont see the need to. If you want to run the 87 or 89 tune (not sure which diablo has) go for it, you'll still get a boost in power (not as much as the higher tunes) and probably a bit more in mpg as well. Just be sure though that your fuel matches the tune. You do not want to run 89 on the 93 tune, you can hurt things pretty badly if you do that.

Sweet thanks man! Next question, I downloaded the updater and everything, and plugged the tuner into my vehicle and it updated the pcm and tcm, but now... how to I tune it? You said there's an 87, and 93 tune, but where do I look at those or load them. The manual that came with the DSP is like 6 pages, but doesn't say really anything. So Im a little confused. Thanks for the help so far.
