Any idea as to what could cause it to bog down?
Might want to take a look at your throttle body, check for crud build up on the back side of the butterfly, also won't hurt to throw a can of fuel injector cleaner in it. What octane fuel are you running? Some trucks have a very restrictive "Y" pipe, where the down pipes come together before the muffler. If the "Bog" is bad, on hills and heavy acceleration, you may have a restricted catalytic converter.

The bog sounds more like the 3rd gear down shift / up shift from second prime. Unfortunately there is not much you can do tuner wise if that is what it is, in fact every ram out there has this issue and it becomes much more noticeable the more work you put into it performance wise even with tuners that allow you to adjust the tcm settings. You could do a few transmission mods to help firm up the shifts (shift kit / line booster / valve body) but you wont be able to adjust anything with the tuners for the 03's. For now clean everything, do all that was mentioned above, swap out the spark plugs etc. but I have a feeling this what the cause is.

Tuner wise... look into the SCT, if you do go with the superchips, Id find the old 3815 (they are super cheap) as you will not benefit from any of the newer features the 3865 has being your truck is an 03'

Yeah, I think we need some clarification on what he means by "Bog", I took it to mean his power is dropping off sharply, when he hits a hill. Normally I would take it to mean you hit the throttle and the engine hangs a few seconds, or stumbles before it picks up RPM's.

Default Hey

Okay, heres whats going on, hopefully in detail. When going at a hill say, 60-65MPH, at like 1/2 way up the hill the speed has dropped to 55 and keeps dropping till I hit the top, then it picks back up, it will NOT gain RPM or anything at all unless i push it hard enough to downshift then it kicks up in RPM real hard then it powers up the hill. Now I know it shouldn`t seem so weak, I did a tuneup on it, new plugs, all 16 which I found out the hard way, 2 trips into town to get all the stuff lol. Anyways 16plugs, 8 wires and 8 of those little connector boot coil things. I did spray the TB alil when i had it taken apart to cause it was dirty, I was thinking of taking it off to clean it but I figured i should wait and see. On a straight its fantastic, holds speed and has ***** out the azz, but on a hill, with OD on, it falls on its face. I hope this helps gives you a better idea. Anything else please ask! And also, forgot to mention, I atm run 87, Is that a to low grade fuel for the Hemi?

This a part of what it does, It wont pick up the RPM until I mash on it, and I do mean mash, as in a good 50%+ force on the gas.

First, you should be running 89 octane on a stock hemi, it may help.

Second, what gears are in your truck, sounds like 3.55s.

Do you have a 2500? If so then you could have 3.73s or 4.10. 1500s came with 3.55 or 3.92s
