I think i may have asked this question already, but i don't remember. I have an 02, and thus far haven't encountered any problems with the "C" clip. (KNOCK ON WOOD) But, should i encounter a problem with it, how much am i looking to fix/repair/replace it?

Most owners (not all) that have had to replace the entrie rear because of the c-clip do not change their fliud every 15K as the manual says and if they did could have saved them $$.

Worse design flaws in my '08 Dodge Ram QC Hemi
Not in any order
1.) HEMI MDS...works good on the chargers and 300 which weight almost 1500 pounds less. Ram is too heavy for the MDS to kick in all the time. You also have to drive under 65MPH
2.) Trailer Lights...my old Chevy Blazers lights could reach the trailer but when i got the ram, they were too short: quick fix, extend the trailer wires
3.)Transmission sucks...i find mine really really jerky...i step on the gas...the car starts going in normal manners but when it shifts to 2nd gear...it jerks you because its accelerating more when i didnt even move my foot a slight inch!...do i have a problem here?
the tranny is also reallllllyyyyyyyy laggy....trying to overtake a car...foot down 75 to 80 percent too the floor...it takes about 2 seconds to realize that and down****
4.) back seats: no magazine holders
5.) no overhead consle standard...you have the get this as an option...wtf...a 10000 dollar car has that standard
6.) limited slip diff....it just sucks
7.) no lock on the bed door
8.) wind resistance, you can really feel it going 70-80

1) Wind noise...dealer has yet to successfully eliminate wind noise blowing thru passenger door seal near mirror

hey ive seen you guys mention alot about the lsd and that they should go back to the 9.25 rather then the 10.5 atleast i think thats what you guys said lol does that mean that the 9.25 is pretty good cus i was thinking about replacing it here pretty soon even before i have any problems

I skimmed this thread quickly, didn't see this one...... THE BRAKE SYSTEM SUCKS!! Warped rotors every 10k miles or so..... I'm not sure 'bout the '06-'08 with the brakes. Other than that I'm cool.
