So what you are saying is that when i took the 04 to the drag strip that Im lying when i say it will run a 17 even at 82mph?? and thats with a 6 inch lift and 35's spinning the first 30 feet.. I will and have walked all over SS chevys.. Your cummins isnt as fast as you would like to think it is. I mean low 15s isnt that impressive to me.. Then again all the cummins im around will easily run a 13 quarter...

 

low 15s is pretty fast for a 7200 lbs truck. and its faster than any hemi ive come across even rc sb. and your freinds are full of it with 13s sorry. i go to the track all the time i know what these things run. i beleve u ran a 17 but i dont beleve 14s or 15s. that every one claims its bs they dont run that maybe u read they do or had a reader that counts your burnout but prob. just liers.
reading post about how people see the hemi emblem and dont try you. bs hemi see the cummins and quiver. 27mpg tow twice as much and out run u at the track. and if anyone wants some ill be at orlando super speed way tonight. and if i see a hemi it makes me smile because i know they cant handle the coal........

 

Ok well if you ever make it up here to PA ill put atleast 2 cummins up to you and then you tell me that's their 13's are a lie hell when I get them to go up to track again ill make copies of their time slips and ill even video it for ya.. trust me. My cobra ran a 13.9 and these trucks would stay ahead of me by atleast a half a length

While I don't trust the quarter mile number for accuracy, the 0-60 should be pretty close. This is with the original 3.92's and before my converter swap. Shorty's, catback, Superchips tune. That's it. 5300lbs.
I got beat by a Silverado SS once. It was before I got my programmer and he was able to keep going past 105 mph (I couldn't, damn speed limiter) on I-10. That never happened again.

Some people just don't realize how fast the hemi's are...sure there are trucks out there that will kill a hemi. However, stock for stock, pretty safe bet that the hemi will come out on top. As with the Titans, Five.Seven, I agree with you. Got the same kind of buddy with an 08 Titan. He got pretty quiet after we squared off.

 

im talking trash because i go to the track and the only hemis running 14s have superchargers. your programer #s mean nothing. the conversation started with a guy claiming 14 flat in a rc sb hemi stock and thats bs. i know 3 guys that run low 14s with that truck and all three have superchargers. i own three dodge trucks and love them but a gd hemi isnt the end all be all of fing trucks. they are quick but thats it do not claim unless u run it and dont lie. u can make a mini van run 14s with enough money im talking stock or even slightly upgraded

14.85 @ 90 dosnt make add up. i would guess 90 to be closer to 16 maybe 15.8 but i doubt it. insted of programers line infront of a tree and get a time you will see trust me.

 

Don't know times but my bro-in-law had a 07 Hemi Sport and I drove it a few times and ran it against a lot of different cars and I must say for a truck it would put you in your seat and I believe I only lost one race and that's to a guy who has a bada$$ Nova with like 10K in motor alone and yes he smoked me but like I sai stock hemi against a motor with that much dumped in it well in my eyes why did I even bother lol but like I was saying overall not sure on times but my guess would be 15 sec to maybe high 14sec 1/4 miles
