Default Painted my badges black on saturday

So I finally got a day off, after two 7 day weeks and a 6 day week, to do some work on my truck, and I decided that I would use it to take my badges off and paint them black. So I called up Nick and he headed over and the work began.

We both thought that this would be a pretty easy project, but it turned out to be kind of a bitch lol...Oh well, we got it done still, and I think it looks really really good with the yellow. Now I just need to sell my rims and get some black ones and i will be set!

I appologize for how dirty my truck is, it had been raining here for like 4 days and like I said, I haven't had much time to do ANYTHING lately...Anyway, here are some pics.

With the badges off and that gross gunky glue...

and that's that.

BIG thanks to Nick (silverbullet), without him this would have taken me even longer than it did haha, and I probably would have cut myself w a razor blade at least 10 more times.

Lol I was wondering how long it would take for someone to notice that and say something.

Well the rims I have I can sell for more than the new ones I wanna buy are, so I'm trying to do that and buy a rim/tire package or something. The damn things supposedly had %50 tread left when I bought the truck, but they were way more bare than that in my opinion. O well, I haven't had any problems yet, just drive careful lol.

Nick, I'll def help you paint yours if doing mine didn't scare you away from that idea, haha.

I'm gonna try to find some of that black glue from oreily or autozone or even a dodge dealership so that I can make SURE those things are on there for good haha, but they have been pretty sturdy just stickin them back in place, I'm real surprised.

Oh yeah I forgot about that, so it will be slightly less bad haha. Taking them off was pretty easy, esp if we get some stronger fishing line lmao.

You would make tuned93 a very happy camper if you roasted those tires on video before you put new ones on...
