i usually fill up about 20 bucks when its on empty. so i usually only ride with 1/4 of gas which makes the truck lighter.

3.7 regular cab with bed cover, never serviced in 3 years i get up to 13 mpg city and 22-23 highway going 55mph behind a big rig.
every quarter tank i get atleast 100 miles on my road trips
that also makes your fuel pump work harder too

Very True WIndow Shaker, Dodge fuel pumps are very very picky not enough fluid running through them to keep them cool cause them to fail alot, sometimes after running out of gas 1 time. But at Vp64 my truck never sees more than a 1/4 a tank lol

I get 15.1 MPG highway on the way in to work and 12.4 MPG highway on my way home which seems to average out 13.2-13.4 MPG per day. Cost me $20 a day in gas to go to work. I like seeing my fuel tank no less than half full.
Modern fuel pumps are made to run in a fuel tank with no less than a quarter tank of gas. They are made to be cooled by the gas they are submerged in. Dodge has been especially known for the fuel pump failing because of that. An aftermarket high performance fuel pump would be the least susceptible to the problem because they are made for the abuse of racing.

I've been tracking mine on an iphone app for the last 3 years and I sit pretty consistantly around at 11.3 mpg. This truck can drink some gas.
