Miles per gallon- What are you getting?
not quite sure how accurate the computers are. I would do the old math style to get a moreaccurate
reading. I do know that when I add my K&N cold air intake my computer showed a consistent
2 MPG increase from what is was before in town.. But it being more broke-in might of helped too.

No wonder these guys claim they get 20 mpg .
The over head console is not anywhere near accurate.
When I reset mine it will show 22-24 mpg at first but then within 200 miles it will drop back to showing 17-18 mpg.
The only way to get accurate milage is by dividing miles driven by gallons used.
Btter yet just post how many miles you get off each tank.
I only get 14-15 in town and normally 16-16/12 on the interstate @ 80 mph.
@65 I get 17.

Normal driving, I'm still getting 10 to 12 mpg. I've gotten almost 15 on a trial I did several months ago, Baby steps EVERYWHERE !! I couldn't WAIT to get thru that tank of gas !! My dual Flows were meant to be seen....and HEARD !!
Using the old tried and true methodology, I get 15 in town and 19 one the road in our 05 Hemi. Overhead computer shows 20 MPG on road, so it is not completely accurate.
I have a 2002 ram 1500,with a 3" body lift & 305/70/17 buckshots.
I have already added the flowmaster exhaust, K&N drop in filter, Throttle body spacer and running stock 3.55 gears behind the 5.9. I have 52k on the truck and am averaging 9.5 mpg!!!!! Anything else I can try to improve this in any way? This is everyday driving highway city combo, running kids to school etc. If I can't better this quick I am going to unload this gas pig! any help would be appreciated
.....and I thought the 12 mpg I was getting in the 01 off road was bad! this thing takes the cake
