I have 86,000 KM on my 06, bought in June 06, 80,000 km were put on my truck in the first two and a half years.
Drivers seat foam and fabric replaced under warenty.
Nutral safety switch ( cuse control ) warenty
Left front axle shaft and U joint, just replaced under warenty.
Only Hate on is 16 little things called champions, othier wise the hemi and 2500 Ram are great trucks. I don't drive my truck much now.

79,000 on my 05 and With in the last week I serviced for the first time the plugs (still looked good) , rotors (had turned twice), pads (damn near gone), tranny filters and fluid (still looked clean), axle seal, and the diffs for the second time. Upper Ball joint is the only thing left to do with no other issues.

Just rolled 70,000 on my 03 4.7L. Lower ball joints, driver and passenger tie rod ends, driver passenger side wheel bearings and brakes/rotors all the way around. Got some belt noises coming from the motor and the typical 4.7L tick a lot of people have but other then that she runs amazing.
