HID's Installed (Heads/Fogs) Also **DYNO BONUS**
Really? That's pretty bad-***! I think I have OD, but Im not sure if it will lock into 3rd. So yours locks if you turn it on, or off? Cause mines off right now, and it isn't locked. I might go try turnin it on, and seeing. Thanks beater!
I'm with AF on this to. 310 isnt that bad. I was impressed by the those numbers an nice video of the ram screaming haha sounded lovely through my computer speakers I accidently left them all the way up. haha
Haha thanks man, that's awesome! I always turn it up, even the owner of the dyno facility, cant remember his name, said it was the best sounding ram he's heard yet. Shibby! There's nothing like a trip to the dyno to make you feel more like a man! (Somewhere, Tim the toolman Tailor is going "Huhuhuhuhu!" And every time I go, I get the urge to mod even more!
Never been to the one in searcy... I might have to take a trip up there. Whats the name of the place? The one I go to is called Polk Performance in Alexander. Up the 30, it's only a 20-40 minute drive from base... depending how fast your highway speeds are... ; ) On saturdays it's only 50 bucks cash for 3 runs, 55 if you bring your debit card. They'll tune too for like 75 or 100. Don't remember. Hell yeah man, we should get a couple more guys and do a shoot or ride or something!
yup, if i turn the OD off it will only shift up to 3rd. yours might be different because of the tow/haul unless you have both...
Ok guys, so I tried the rubber pad idea and it didn't work. I bought these rubber pads about 1/4 inch thick and I cut them out around the ballast holder in a way that no metal would touch the frame once I mounted them back. Did the headlight ballasts and the fog light ballasts. and it still interferes with the radio! Grrrr! Doyou think maybe the ballast voltage or signal or whatever is traveling through the screws to the frame? The screws go through the ballast holder into the rubber pad, then into the frame. I thought this would be good enough. Any ideas?

Here's what I tried...
Rubber pads I bought

Traced and cut to fit

Mounted with stupid metal screws!

All done! Then did the same for the fogs... AND IT STILL DIDN'T WORK!

Next idea...
Think Ill put some kind of adhesive on the pads, and try some plastic screws or something. Who knows... Ill figure something out lol. Thanks John!
