i dont have to worry about that! i am local law enforcement!!! lol i actually used it the other day to get the attention of a buddy of mine from the local pd in traffic! lol

 

well then have fun with it. i will however continue to use with caution, my buddy got a ticket for it in my truck and ever since ive been aware of my surroundings when i use it, his ticket was something like improper use of a traffic control device i think

 

yeah some states it is against the law and some areas have local ordinances against it. in my town if it is above a certain decibel level it falls under some city ordinance about no amplified sound without a permit! lol like you said just be aware of your surroundings and you should be good to go!
