awesome! thanks John. Still gonna have to sell the toneau cover though, found out someone knocked up my ole lady, so Ill need the extra money lol. Plus I am for sure still going to level the truck out and put some shocks on it that will make the ride as smooth as I can get it.

well i was going to sell it, but the ole lady reminds me that after the baby comes and we take trips i might need the cover to store stuff in the bed, so it looks like its staying. I checked on the buschwacker, but found one made by EGR that say specifically (covers factory holes) plus was cheaper then the bushwacker, and the wife game me the go ahead on it. lol so future ref. if anyone is looking bushwacker and egr are the only 2 ive found that cover the holes.

My ******** toneau came with a new cap that covers the holes, personally it's cheap and faded fast but nothing some TLC can't take care of.

EGR is the brand and the ones that sells it. got it in today, fits freaking perfect. all holes covered and is snug on the tailgate. 32 bucks shipped to the door straight off their website. Im not pro their stuff over something else, Im just pumped that something finally went on without modifying or some other bs going wrong.

well the bushwacker one went on perfect as well but of course there is always a issue, i was trying to remove those stupid inserts on the tailgate from the mopar one and i ended up putting a dent in the tailgate and chipped off the paint, im so angry right now, so i purchased the mopar one for $85 then drilled holes in my tailgate, removed the mopar one and stupid inserts and put a dent in the tailgate right below where the endcap stops.... can autobody shops fix thoes holes in the tailgate? a new tailgate is $500 + paint? FML...

ouch man that sux. im sure they can fix it, but your probably still gonna be out some money. How bad is the dent? Is it worth fixing? After all it is a truck, its gonna get some nicks and dings down the line......and if you dont ding or scratch it, some one will end up doing it for you, at least thats the luck I have.
