Michelin Ltx A/T2 vs. Cooper Zeon LTZ
I need to replace my oem wranglers and i have gotten down to these two tires. 275/60/20. I have a 2007 Ram 1500 qc 4x4. This is a really big decision for me and the Michelins cost about 300 more on the road but i don't care about the price i just want to get it right. I'm concerned about handling, tread life, light off road, highway, etc. Just from looking at everyones pictures i think the Cooper's for sure look better but i've also been told the Michelin is a lot better all around tire. If anybody is running the Michelin pics would be greatly appreciated as will everyones thoughts on these two tires. Thanks.

Try search, it was a big thread about Cooper Zeon LTZ tires couple of weeks ago in General Discussions section. I didn't hear that people run Michelin on trucks very often. Michelin does good street tires but AT tires? I don't know. And don't believe to reviews about tires, trust people at this forum because they are real users

Both a good tire but Michelins in general have a fantastic reputation for longevity. My ex's '98 Grand Cherokee had a set of Michelin LTXs on them off the lot and they were still on there with good tread left in '02 with almost 60k miles on them when we traded it in on an '02 Grand Cherokee...

I just put a set on my 08 Megacab 4x4. We replaced a set of Hankook ATMs. Only 6k miles and never could get rid of a vibration on them.
I got the LTX ats the day before a 1500 mile trip and loved them. They have been great on snow and wet conditions. only about 3k miles on them right now, so no idea on tread life.
