my alignment was off so bad after putting my spacers in that if I turned at all (more than like 15deg) it would squeal the front tires

nope its just raising your body. Nothing different other than having to get your exhaust rehung. Mine looked like this for a week!

Did you do your body lift yourself?? if so was it hard to do?

yea I did it myself. It wasnt hard, just alot of steps. I had fun doing it, its great to know how to do it and after you do, every one of your friends will be wanting you to help them

I had a little problem but came up with a simple and quick solution. It took 2 days to figure out and literally 2 minutes to fix. Other than that, probably 18 hours by myself in the 110 degree heat. with a buddy, 10 hours probably. With a buddy whos done it before maybe even 6-7
