what other mods do you have? going to a more wide open exhaust will lose low end performance unless other mods that need it are there..and also tuned for it..

chipped with a cold air intake, i cant really see it being much more wide open then it is now.. besides loosing the mufflers, i mean all i got now is factory cats and single chamber flowmasters. so im sure the flowmasters dont have that much back pressure, even so i can leave them if i want.. i really only want stacks for the look.... and sound if i went no mufflers.

Performance wise, you'll gain nothing from stacks, you may even lose a little, especially since you are already running a very highly restrictive muffler.

As far as for looks, it's your truck and if you like the look, then go for it. Might be different up there in Canada, since your buddy has them, but in my neck of the woods, putting stacks on a gasser will get you laughed at, by everybody...

yea I agree. I never thought stacks looked good on anything but semis and farm equipment. But, it is your truck.

I vote no on stacks unless you're gonna be doing some serious mud bogging with a gasser

And yeah Hammer, same here in my part of Canada

Around here most look at pick-ups with stacks as a joke, diesel or not.
Kinda a strange thing to do for a adult??
