Niteshaded my rear lights
So over the weekend I decided to go ahead and take time out to Niteshade my OEM tails. I have my aftermarket tails for sale if anyone is interested.
So after wetsanding the tails and 3rd brake light with 2000 grit I did 3 coats of Niteshade and wetsanded with 2000 grit again. Then I did 2 coats of clear and more wetsanding. The 2 more coats of clear and was finished.
As always here are lots of pics

LOOKS GREAT!!!
BUT, don't ever come over to Coffee County to visit me when I'm up at the farm, they started ticketing the **** out of guys for windshield tint beyond the legal limit and blacking out the head or tail lights. I wanna say it's a $185 ticket for modifying the headlights or tail lights from factory specs. Oh and the smoke covers for the license plates, they are nailing them too...

Last time I spoke with the Georgia cops I was told the lens could be whatever as long as the lights were red and visible from 500 feet. That's why I had clear lens for the longest but with red bulbs.
I didn't think any windsheld tint was legal in GA though. I know window tint in GA is 35% +/- 3% unless you have a pass from the eye doctor and that can get you down to 20% +/- 3%
