Honestly, IMO a puck is a puck...

I ask because they offer two ways of doing it. One they put a puck in and the other they replace the coil spring with a bigger one. They all cost around the same price too.

The spring will give a better ride then the puck.

I've done both in the past. The springs are usually a good bit stiffer than the stock springs and will harshen the ride a bit. Some people report Death Wobble issues with pucks, but I honestly think it's more of a result in changing front end dynamics more than the pucks themselves. I just don't see how a spacer can cause DW. So IMO if you put a 2" puck in, or get a 2" longer spring, if you were gonna get DW, you'd get it with either.

Pucks can compress over time, losing a bit of the lift, if you cut it close with tire size, this could cause an issue. Springs sag too, but I think this is why the lift springs tend to be stiffer, to prevent sag over time.

If it was me, and the cost was comparable, I'd do the springs. But I have no issue with pucks. I've had four of them on my Grand Cherokee for about two years now, it's "settled" a little, but not much.
I looked at springs when I did it, but I have the Overland edition which has 1" taller springs stock (called the Up Country Suspension), EVERYBODY offers springs 2" taller than the standard Grand Cherokee spring, but NOT 2" over the Up Country springs. I would have only netted 1". Since I wanted 2" of lift, pucks were my only option. A puck is gonna lift 2" no matter how tall the spring is that it's sitting on...

True 'dat. I got a buddy with a Wrangler with steel pucks. No sag at all, but the squeeking and clunking would drive me NUTS!!!

Kore makes a good leveling kit for the 2500s. They actually run Dodges in races
