Default 19MPG on my 5.9!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes you read right! lol on my way to visit my friend, there is a streight road that stretches for about 10 miles with no hills. there was some wind (about 10mph) hitting me from the side but not in front or behined along with a 68 dgr. weather.
Criusing at 55mpg it read 19-18mpg and at 75 it was 17-16. It read the same on my way back.
I know for a fact that it was the SCT tune that Hemifever gave me, even though he said that gas miliage would suffer with the 93oct tune!

The PCM hasn't adjusted to the tune yet and I think you'd come up with a different number if you hand calculate. Give it time, it'll read back to normal or maybe even a smidge lower. Hemifever knows these tunes and people with the 93 octane tune on an SCT have good power and torque gains on a 5.9, but never report a gain in fuel economy...

You better try the miles driven divided by the gallons used to get an accurate reading on paper.
