Default Best Tuner to use for a 4.7

Hey all I'm leaning towards a tuner and I'm seeing that the SuperChip Dodge Gas Flashpaq 3865 seems to be the Tuner of choice. I went to the Car Parts Wholesale.com site and they list it for $339.95. Is this a good price?

Also they listed a couple other tuners and I was wondering if these are better or just another options.

Superchips Power Programmer - Cortex PART#:S543950 MFR#: 3950 for $379.95

or

Hypertech Power Programmer - Max Energy Econ PART#: H5853001 MFR#: 53001 $329.95

Hypertech Power Programmer - Max Energy PART#: H5852001 MFR#: 52001 $379.95

Which is the one to go with?

Default Just to add to that question...

1. what would be the better tuner if you had mods (intake, pipes, etc.) for the 4.7L?
and..
2. what would be the better tuner for your 4.7 without mods?
does it matter?

The 3865 is the best of the ones listed.
