Default 4 plug ECU TMR delete mod update.

ok first off im not sure if this belongs here or in the tech section but i feel this is a general discussion topic so i placed it here so sorry mods if im wrong.

i have a 2003 dodge ram with the updated 4 plug ecu tcu setup. now ive been reading on here and other forums that the TMR mod cannot be done on the 4plug. well about 30 minutes ago i actually did it to mine. now maybe im wrong here but i would like to invite anyone who knows the specifics of this to comment on it. heres what mine looks like. if anyone agrees that this is the dreaded 4 plug setup that cannot be TMR modded then let me know and i will post my steps along with photos in the technical section. thanks.

how does it shift now that you have pulled that yellow wire? That is what mine looks like and I never looked into any further.

It shifts quicker. The shift from 2 to 3 is a little hesitant and hard even driving normally. The truck seems to have more power in 1st gear as well because when I did a wot start it spun and the back end stepped out for about 3 ft down the road. It usually just chirps the tires on a wot start.

Varner the update was that it worked for me. And jdg im not sure if it will or not but if you have the wire I mentioned then pull it and see. I don't remember if the transmission is different in my truck vs yours but I bet its not other than mine has 5gears and yours has 4.
