I was in the Aerial Port. Spent most of my time in the Aerial Delivery hanger rigging parachutes in building 259, the long A-frame building just across the parking lot from you there in AGE. I think that AGE actually parks equipment in front of the building now. That used to be POV parking many beers ago. All those highline docks with the pallets and big, green K-loaders and forklifts are my guys.

Your ready-line used to be management parking for the AD shop about 10 years ago, or so. Not too long after 9/11 they stopped POV's from parking down past all the buildings. We used to actually be able to drive POV's on flightline road up and down all the way from Alpha row to Base-Ops.
Sometimes driving K-loaders is fun, sometimes it sucks. Usually the drivers would get stuck out on the line at shift changes when everyone else switched out in a six pack, or something. However, during ERO's, inside the cab was the place you wanted to be!
*EDIT* There's another guy on here who is/was at Little Rock... at least he was back in mid-2010 when I left there.

My 2000 Triumph Sprint ST tried to kill me in 2006. I loved that motorcycle...
To get this somewhat back on topic, I registered for my first full term today:
University of Maryland Spring I: Introduction to Research (because they don't believe other schools made me do a shred of research for any of those 49 credits they accepted for transfer?), Advanced Technical Writing and Biology w/Lab. At least I'll be able to kill two birds with one stone using VA money and be a little closer to finishing my ASU degree, as well. The joys of being back in school...
I only needed an astronomy lab for the History degree with Maryland (I have ASTR101 from probably 11 or 12 years ago when I was with Maryland Asian Div), but I need Biology and Lab to satisfy the sciences for my Childhood Education degree with ASU. So, I'm taking the extra class which will transfer back and get me just a little closer to finishing my Ed degree, which I'm so close I can taste it. If it works out like I hope, I might be able to have the Early Childhood Education degree finished by the end of the year without having to actually go back to Arkansas and take anymore classes in person!
