Easy and cheap: e-fan and Superchips programmer.

My 06 has an efan in addition to the clutch fan. Would the efan replace the clutch fan so there would be 2 efans?

Three options:
Swap in A HEMI.
Sell truck, or trade truck, and buy one with a hemi.
or check out www.airram.com
They're one of the few companies that has options for the 4.7 motor. Cam, Exhaust, Chip Intake, are some of the easier things to do. Other than that there arent many "Cheap" performance options for this motor. There just not enough of them out there.

Someone did a dyno with the e-fan, it was something like 10-15 RWHP.
The gains you get from the Superchips depends on the year:
  • 2004-2007: 18 horsepower and 20.5 ft-lbs of torque
  • 2008-2009: 48 horsepower and 62 ft-lbs of torque

Nothing I can think of cheap and massively gainful.

But these will certainly put some "feel" into your truck.
Gears, cams, turbos/chargers

A Hemi Swap would cost less than 3.k "Junkyard Motor", Low mileage ..That would give you 345. hp ...A 4.7 comes with 245..? To make a 4.7 put out 345. hp would take a $750.00 set of cams , $130.00 Cold air intake $75.00 Electric fan , $1,450.00 in valve springs and head work to handle the cams , Over sized throttle body and fuel injectors , $800.00 Then a Computer chip , $300 ~ $400. This is only an assessment depending on price difference between parts manufacturers..But everyone knows what I would do.."Put A Hemi In it"...There's not a better motor made.."By Dodge"..

The stock efan is for the condenser and does not get changed. Yes, the new efan would replace the stock fan and clutch assembly, and you would then have two efans under the hood.

Best guy/place I know of for 4.7 power adders would be airram.com. I know a couple of years ago he was regularly beating some pretty heavily modded Hemi trucks at the track with his 4.7...
