What path to take?

What path to take?
I already have a 4" rancho suspensions lift...
Thanks to Hammer, I decided on Dick Cepek FC-II tires. Heres my question: Should I put a body lift on my truck? I kinda want to go bigger, would this be unpractical? Also, should I go with 35's or 37's? I know that 35's are guna fit but what bout the 37's?

Honestly if you want bigger and 37s, then you bought the wrong truck. Look at the diameter of those little spindly CV axles then go look you at the 9 1/4" diameter solid front axle on a 2500 or even the solid front axle on a 2nd Gen 1500 then think about your question.
Now I know the very few guys with 1500s and IFS with 37s are gonna chime in that they've had no problems, but we've had some members here in the past that have had MULTIPLE CV axles break and no offense g, but you don't strike me as the guy who can pull a busted CV joint in the field and put another one in. Or even the ball joints or tie rods that will go prematurely with the weight of a 37" tire. Technically 35's are over-doing it.
Big tires + CV axles + a bit of torque on the front end when you get in a little bit of sticky mud =
I originally bought the 4" lift kit because I knew it would easily clear 35s and knew that was the biggest I should go. Plus I use the hell out of my bed and with 4" of lift, it's about as high as I can comfortably load stuff into, plus when I pull my ATV in the bed, the angle is pretty severe as it is. Now I thought about a body lift and 37s at one point AND I CAN CHANGE FRONT END PARTS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WOODS. But intelligence took over and I'm staying where I'm at, at least until such point as my truck becomes more of a beater if I still have it at that point...

First of all, I can't believe you don't get stuck in the mud with 20" wheels. I think your definition of "mud" and mine are two different things cause we're forever pulling guys out of the mud at the hunting club property with 20" and larger wheels because they simply can't air down enough (not enough sidewall) to create the footprint and floatation necessary for getting through slop. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I'd have 15" wheels with 35" tires if they'd clear the calipers.
Second, with a coil-over IFS Ram ('06-'08 non MegaCab 1500 4x4s) you don't have near the width for tires that the torsion front IFS ('02-'05 1500 4x4s) have. Stock wheels, whether 17" or 20" do not have a backspacing (offset) that's conducive to fitting a wide wheel. Your NOT going to be able to fit a 12.5" wide tire on factory wheels or any aftermarket that isn't at 4.5" of backspacing (negative offset) or less. And that pretty much kicks you out of the 35" tire club - most 35s worth a damn are 12.5" wide.
As far as the wheel width goes, 9" wide wheels are fine for up to a 13" wide tire.
DirtyDog did a good write-up on what fits what with what:
