If you had $200...
I am looking to add some HP to my truck. I have a kool-vue intake with a cherry bomb extreme (that I might switch to a race bullet), so my question is with $200 what would you do to add/pull some more HP. I will get a tuner soon and have decided to go with the SC, so that is not included with this question. I wanna make my ram scream down the road and loud as hell!
Well that sucks. I guess I'll have to stock up on the stickers LOL!! I have read about the power wire but I am not good with the electical side of the house.
How about a race bullet with no cats and a magnaflow y pipe. Speaking of cats I know the legality side of this but without them are there any gains that I could see?
weed- I clicked on your link in an earlier post about the race bullet but did not see the video you posted( I went through all the videos) pretty good stuff you got and a nice setup for a shop too! I would love to black out my bezel and all the wood grain looking pieces in my truck.

This was going to be my exact reply.

I know where you guys are headed with that but do you really need $300 for an efan setup?
My Taurus fan was $25, my controller was $40, I added a Stinger 80A relay for added protection for the controller for $20 and added OEM circuit breakers for another $20.
But overall the fan and controller were $65 +/-
I know guys who do like there Viper fans and another that I cant remember but lets not forget sometimes the lesser and cheaper setup works just as good too.

And some of us do not have easy access to those sorts of DIY pieces and parts, unfortunately, so a ready-made kit that is widely available on the internet is about the only option.
I do appreciate the "make-it-instead-of-buy-it" attitude and skill-set, though. Wish I had both!
