There are quite a few LT install threads, there's one in the DIY section also.

Here's one keeping the stock cats

another good install thread

It is quite a bit more complicated to keep your cats, but definitely feasible. Do you have a welder? If you do that will make your life a lot easier. You will also need to extend the plug wires to keep the stock cats. I would make sure you install a magnaflow or similar y pipe if you are doing the headers also, that will help you out a lot with better flow.

It's quite likely you have some broken heads already, if you are lucky enough to not have any, just spray with pb blaster for a couple days beforehand, then when you go to remove them, try to loosen the bolt, if it doesn't come, spray more blaster and tighten back down. By alternating trying to loosen and tighten and spraying more blaster, you will let the blaster work its way down in there and eventually you will get the bolt out. If you do have a broken head or you break one, just get an ez out, they work pretty well.

Post up some pics when you get around to the install, love to see how it turns out!

Ewing about said it all most of the broken bolts are fairly easy to come out.

I have searched before and checked the DIY's i pretty much know what im doing. I have access to the welder, so im gonna weld the reducers to the cats. I have decided against the Y pipe and instead im having the shop run pipe after the cats into a dual-dual out Magnaflow internal X muffler. i have been soaking the bolts down almost daily. But the loosening and tightening trick you mentioned will really help. Thanks il keep it in mind when i begin. Also il make sure to get an easy out set and have it ready.

Thanks man I love them. You can get them on ebay and I painted them with the color matched paint they have for chrysler at O'reillys. I think they make them for your style headlights also..... Look them up.
