and the frame was bent too. good news is the insurance is giving me around 15,700 for the truck and i owe about 12 on it so i'll be making a bit of cash to put under the bed lol.

Glad she's ok and you're coming out ahead. So often these days, people come out upside down and have to pay off the difference. Good luck on the new truck.

 

Has your truck went to the scrap yard yet? If not, would you want to get rid of the safety latch lever and clips for the hood? My hood dropped the other day and the lever and clips all hit the ground

I feel your pain. The ink wasn't dry on the final note, and some dude pulls out in front of me to cross. I'll bet I hit him 50-55mph. Total loss. Got about the same for mine from insurance, so I just put the whole check on a down payment for a new one.

Glad everyone is okay, though. They definitely make them Ram Tough.
