Alright, I have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab and I recently purchased 4 courtesy lights that shine on the ground when you open the doors. However, I cannot find the door ajar sensor on my truck, so I'm having a hard time finding out what wires to tap into. If anyone can help me or find a wiring diagram for our doors it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Logan, did you ever get your logo projector led lights installed, if so, i would like to know were the switch for the door ajar sensor are and what wire i need to tap in to. I am only installing two on the front driver and passenger doors only. Thanks in advance, Jaythasnake.

 

I put the logo Mopar lights in the bottom of my step bars and wired them to the dome light wire so when you unlock the truck the turn on. That wire is in the drivers a pillar.

 

There is an orangish wire in the driver side A pillar that you should tap into for the door ajar sensor

 

Ok, one more question, is it the same for the passenger side as well?

 

i just ran a wire from that orangish wire to the passenger side and spliced it in
