We used to have a Ride of the Month contest which some years ago was ultra popular. I can remember some months we'd get upwards of 1000 votes site wide. But it kinda got old and died out, I think a big part of it was that a Truck won just about every month and all the car/suv owners kinda gave up on it.

I haven't really seen many 3rd Gen member's trucks in a good long while. A couple years back you coulda shown me a pic of almost any 3rd Gen truck on the site and I could name who owned it. Sadly, there are probably only maybe a half dozen I'd recognize now. Partly, it's because life and work only allow me to spend a fraction of the time on here that I used to be able to devote.

So anyway, if I set up a voting poll for 3rd Gen truck owners, would y'all be up for submitting pictures of your ride and then we could pick a half dozen or so to vote on for a winner?

I might even be able to scrounge up a little "prize" for the winner that he/she could display on their ride.

So, would y'all be game?

I'll start a thread in a few days where anyone interested can post a picture of your truck. From those pics I'll set up a poll where members can vote on the one they like best. Voting will take place during the month of August. Whoever has the most votes at the end of the month wins...
