What do you want to use it for? Where do you live? 4600 seems a lot for a 12 (soon to be 13) year old truck......

I have an 08 BigHorn with the 5.7L and it has been a fairly trouble free truck from day one. Other than a pinion seal on the rear end and both front hub bearings (early on under the bumper to bumper 3yr/36K warranty) it has been a very dependable truck. It has 104K on it now. Just took a 1500 mile trip in it a few months ago through the mountains from Louisville, Ky to Norfolk Va. If it's been maintained well, I wouldn't be scared of it at all. Mine is a auto trans Quadcab 2wd as well.
I have a 20' + dovetail trailer that I have hauled all kinds of stuff on up to about 9000lbs. The Hemi tows great with 3.92 gears and 20" wheels
