Your engine needs to beflex fuelcapable in orderto use it (the way the fuel is set up, will corrode some components unless they are made to accept the fuel). My Explorer had it and it burned nicer and actually gave more pep to the engine. The downside to it was my MPG decreased about 10%.

Everyone is using ethanol in there gas.Right now it's only ten percent ,but that's bad enough., my Mileage has dropped thirty percent since the oil companies have been using it. What gets me the most is Uncle Sam is paying them 51 cents per gallon to screw us.

You can put 5-6 gallons of it in with your normal gas with no issues in most cars and trucks (Per 18 gallon fill up) will save you a small amount of $$ and will increase performace we have tried it in all of our cars with no issue flex fuel and not. Long term effects I dont know about yet though everything seems to be fine.

Inside the fuel door will be an E85 sticker if it is.

Also all E-85 fuel vehicles have it identified on their VIN. I am not sure what number it is or designator but they have it.

Not necessarily true. We have Dodge and Chevys at work that are all E85 and the Dodges gas caps are black. The Chevys are also black but have yellow lettering on them.
