Default need some help on my dvd stereo

Ok so I decided to get a DVD stereo to my truck... I am going to get this head unit, http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Jense...Detail.do#tabs

First off, how easy is it to install one of these?
Second, what do i need to install it? I have a few things listed...

do I need any of these?
1.

2. what do I need out of these?
http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Acces...essory.do#tabs

THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!!!!!! I was looking at going to get it this week. But I cant decide if I should install it myself, or have them install it??
what is the risk of shorting the system out while trying to install it? I wasn't planning on getting the service plan from CC...

It is, but if you have the wood grain dash like I did in my 06, there will be two black 1/2 moons still on the side. for a little more than the price of that you can get eh stock bezel made for nav unit with no 1/2 moons, If you are confortable with it, go for it. personally I wanted the full effect of the wood grain.

I dont have the wood grains... Im really not too picky about it, I will see what they have though. I don't want to buy anything off the internet though. How hard is it to install it myself???

it is not hard at all, it is all plug and play with wire harnesses you are buying. Are you installing a t.v. tuner as well or jsut the unit with no local channels?

I dont think I will put a t.v tuner in it... How much would they run? Plus I was looking at putting a back up camera but can't find one affordable. So do you think an average joe can install one?

on a side note. My mom does not like the idea of me spending $600 on a dvd unit for a single cab. I think its sexy though! any input?

No, But I am still in high school(about to get out!!).. No I had to save up since I was 8 to get this. Got a few jobs and stuff along the way to help pay for it. I bought the truck new with all these accessories for under 19 grand.

"The average joe" Can install especially with wire harnesses. if during install you get stuck come tot he forum, we are here to help. t.v. tuners about 50-100 and there is antenna's to run. I would stick to dvd and possibly a ps2 or 3.
