make sure to drill a 1/16th bleeder hole and place the bleeder hole at 12 o clock in the thermo stat housing

Roger that, will do.
I remember a mod thread that gave the specifics, but alas I didn't bookmark it.

Well since it was raining.
I was researching the t-stat mod and found out I really don't need to drill a bleed hole!

Bonus!

Found some really good info too boot. Yeah yeah I know its a car but its an 06 Hemi.

the valve looks smaller than the stock unit. Is this really a 5.7 stat or one that will just happen to physically fit?

I have some research to offer if it doesn't work out for you.
