Installed a sub, with my factory sound system

RE: Installed a sub, with my factory sound system
If you look directly against the firewall behind the battery, there is a large (about 4" diameter) rubber grommet with a bulky harness protruding from it. You should run the power cable through there. Be sure to put your inline fuse between the battery and the firewall, still under the hood.
If you look under the dash, you will immediately see that same rubber grommet, directly behind where the trailer brake wires up to (blue connector).

Good news. =)
I just got my REAL amp. (Back).
It's an amp I used to have, that I had sold, but now bought back.
It's a Rockford Fosgate 801s ...2 channel, 2400w peak, 1000w rms @ 2 ohms per channel.
That should push a little harder than my 360w peak amp. lol.
