Default Antifreeze leak

If it isn't one thing, then it's another. I've had this truck 4 monthes and it's been in the shop atleast once a month. Now I noticed that It's leaking antifreeze from the passenger side of the radiator, it's comming from inside the shroud. Good thing this thing came with a 12 month 12k mile warranty.

Is this something we all will be looking forward to around 50000 mile mark if is oh wounderful more money to spend on the truck.

If it is I going to get it recored with a bigger core to keep it nice and cool on those hot summer days we have those 120 degree days out here some times weeks at a time it sucks.

But this is where the job is so this is home for now.

I'm only about 3.5k miles away from 52k, so I'll keep this fresh in mind too. If this is the case...that silver shortbed, reg cab hemi on the lot is looking awfully good right about now.

I had the radiator pressure tested, no leaks, but when it's hot it comes out of the over fill hose, but I haven't filled it up since june. Temp gauge runs normal, truck is under warranty, basically the mechanic is tired of me bitching about the truck, so I'll just deal with it.

If the radiator is to full during first fill up of coolant it is normal to lose some coolent the first couple times you drive it, thats why they have catch cans on them if keeps losing coolent evrey time you drive it somethings wrong, Have you checked you Radiator cap see if you useing the right one as in holding the correct pressure rating.

Did you check the Radiator when it's running with the gauge installed to see if you have a bad head gasket see if it pummping up pressure when it is running this will make you radiator cap leak.

I fogot a coolant leak also. I thought it was the waterpump. The leak is comming from a bolt that is on the passenger side of the waterpump. It looks like it just goes right into the block. Nothing is attached to it. It jst goes right into the block . I tried to tighten it but it is still leaking.Any hunches to what this is . Is it a freeze plug?
