dunno why you guys are payin 30+ dollars for a 3 dollar part... go to pepboys and get a Stant #14168 for a 1993 Mazda with a V6. might require a 1mm trim off but this has been the tried and true thermo others have switched to from the posts ive read and people ive talked to. im running th 195 version #14039. other stores have them you jsut have to cross reference the part number.
Hmmm. seems to me..... if I took a used Coke can.... and maybe..... let's see.. the spring out of a click pen..... and cut it just so, with tin snips.... and cut tabs to fold it just right..... it'd be a FREE fix

FYI to be a lil more specific that number only shows up in the 929 & MVP 3.0L Mazda engines. However I couldn't find it anywhere for $3. Advanced show the 14168 for $17.77 andthe 14039 for $6.24

OR you could justget the stant29478 for $8 and put it in with no trimming since its already 63mm. Thats what i did...

lol i know what he was getting at i was just offering another option. I dont see the harm in one person spending their own money. They earned it they spend it. If you want SS get it.
