Ok so you have replaced the idler, tensioner pulleys, n hand tested other stuff. Do you think its the fan clutch possible? because if its not the A/c or alternator bearing thats all i can think of that spins remotely fast enough to make a nose like a pulley would.
If it is not your intake I still would bet money on it being either the alternator, fan clutch or the ac unit. I have hadthe samesqueel on past trucks and if it was not the belts it was almost always the alternator. And even though the alternator was working fine it would still squeelevery now and then whenever it felt like doing so. As soon as I replaced it the squeel was gone.It matches what you are describing to a tee. Plus a new alternator would be much less to replace then buying a new truck and it wouldn't hurt any either.

PS it was the rear bearing less than $5.00 for a new one.
Welp.....spent a good part of the day and $220 on a reman alternator and the noise is still there.
Either the fan clutch or the pooter valve now....
I replaced the alternator, as it was the ONLY accessory that was questionable, and no change.
Took the belt off and no noise.
Put belt back on, and noise.
Only on off idle, but now starting to do it at idle.
Removed and cleaned the PCV valve.
Noise is dead center of the grill, so it hsa to be the fan clutch or the a/c clutch.
Burned myself twice.
My knees hurt from kneeling on the bumper and I'm tired of messing with it.
Going in the pool, taking a shower and taking the wife on the bike to dinner tonight for hotwings.
Tomorrow is another day..............

I remember when I could lay upside down on sharp rocks half a day changing out a transmission and be ok ten minutes later.

Oh the good ol days...
Oh and I love wings! Have a great night out with the Misses!
Its Jello shot night here at the Cave..
I have a noise coming from under the hood and i stood there until it made the noise and to me it sounded like the a/c compressor would squeal when it kicked on but it doesn't do it all the time.
Turned out to be the fan clutch..... FYI: Mopar wanted $242 from the dealer, and I got the same part from NAPA for $54.....[:@]
