I've got 17x9 wheels with 33x12.50's. The tires stick out at least a couple of inches from the fender well. They sling anything and everything all over the truck. I need to get some fender flares but they are too expensive for me right now. It takes about two and a half minutes to cover the truck in mud if I want to. Even if I crawl around, I get mud on the hood!

 

Thats the look im goin for... Does Your truck bein an 05 have what they call the "wishbone" front end like the 06 ram??? Thats my only worry is not bein able to fit the 12.5 wide tire without hittin the top A arm...

 

Yeah, the 2005's have an IFS with torsion bars, just not springs like the 06's I believe.
I think the previous owner may have cranked the torsion bars to add an inch in the front as it sits quite level. I have done nothing to it myself though and no rubbing at all.

 

Man both of those wheels are bad ***! im lookin myself and those are two im considering also . i havent seen the cepeks in person but the local tire dealer has one of the metal motos in the showroom and they are awesome lookin

 

Yea im prolly goin to go with the chrome Dick Cepeks..... If i can sale my 400EX ATV im ordering the wheels... lol
