I also have one from chromeintakes. I looks just like your except I screwed up and bought the two piece which is supposed to hook up to the stupid box not the throttle body.I was trying to getthe 3 piece.I took the box off anyways and bought an extra couplerand got it to look just basically like yours. I think mine works great.

Looks good. Are there any brackets to support it?
I might end up getting one.

Looks good and for the money it doesn't look like you can beat it. I'm not sure i'd like it resting on the A/C hose though...that would bug me too much.

Yes it came with brackets, however no instructions on where to put them, so I really don't know what to do with them. I've looked at a couple of places, but can't really figure out where they're supposed to go. It's not resting on the AC hose, it's close, and maybe touching it, but there's no weight on it. All the weight is actually on the filter. The filter is wedged up against the side (On purpose) so that it holds the intake up with the bottom of the filter. It's a temp fix until I fab something to go about where the factory air box used to be to hold the tubing up. However, it's in there pretty good now, won't move up or down, so I'm not too concerned about it...

I bought the same intake from a place called Chrome intakes on Ebay and it works greathave had it on my 07 for about 3 months.I notice a good power gain and throttle response!! Got the whole thing with K$N Filter right at 70 bucks would not spend my money on the brand names this works just as well and looks great and seems well constructed

I'll stick with my 1 piece tube, support brackets that mount to studs already in the engine compartment, and a heat shield to keep engine compartment heat from getting into the air supply.

But to each his/her own.

One thing, do you have your CAI secured anywhere aside from when you have it connected to the engine? Say, something to keep it from bouncing as you drive down the road?
