hey guys so here is a good one. after reading this thread stopped by the local 4x shop and asked how much they would charge me to put in a leveling kit for my 05 QC 2wd. thinking this is a local guy should be honest and cheaper right? nope he proceded to tell me that for that paticular make and model the only thing he could do is order the pro comp 6in lift since they are the only ones selling anything for my truck. what douch bag i almostslap him right then and there, fortunatley my wifeand his wife were there. my wife just squeezed my hand and told the guy we would get back to him. what maroon!!!!!! whats your guys opinion on doing yourself? id like to get the daystar spacer.

Looks like it has already been said but, that dealer is one hell of a liar. There is no truth to this at all.

I have a rubber polypropelene 3 inch leveling kit on my truck I bought it on Ebay for $45. I put in on in 2005 and have seen a little sag from it, but 35's DO fit stock as long as you have a leveling kit on the front. I recently put a pair of pro comp all terrains on and have not had any problem with them rubbing.

Ya know...since we're talking about leveling and suspension you should all check out Kore if you don't already know what they're about.

If you have the $$ is looks like high quality poop.
