Out of curiosity, how do each of you haggle? Seems like some of you are pretty good at it, so I was curious how you go about it. Oh yeah. I bought my 06 qc 2wd hemi in march of 06 i think i got it for around 23-24? Doesn't sound as good of a deal as most of yours.

In november of 08, my truck was listed as $34,000. I told him where i wanted my payments, and my truck didnt have a hitch, so he threw that in. $23,000 when all was done.

Simple, be prepared to walk away. Know what you can afford before you go in and if they won't deal, then walk out. There are some sales people who won't give you the price you want, that's when you have to just say thanks but no thanks and leave.

Its funny because i was able to talk my salesman down in like 20 min. He tried telling me that the 4500 cash back that they were giving away was all they could take off the $34,000 list price. After i shook his hand and said no thank you i started to walk away just as he said "wait let me talk to my boss and see what i can do" They want to sell you a truck....they make money reguardless
