I think the dealer has to tell the computer you have fog lights. Looks like you are headed there! Red

You might look for a fuse, that might be missing.

Yeah the dealership needs to program the pcm to let it know the fog lights are there.

they need to "enable" them on the starscan tool. dont let them rip you off, it should only take them about 5 min.

you definatly need to go to the dealer. your computer is not made for fogs and simply needs to calibrated for them to work. i dont know how much this runs, but is very simple and should only take a few minutes. also, i know that in the newer models...06, 07, 08...they have this program set up that when you turn on your hibeams, the fogs will turn off. they do this because in some states its illegal to have both running, but see if you can get to disable that so that when you use your brihts, the fogs will stay on too.

Yeah, you have to go to the dealer, it cost me a coffee.

I walked around back of the shop and asked the 1st friendly tech I saw if he could grab a starscan and do it for me, I said I'd give him $20, he said buy me a coffee.

Done. And yes, I have mine set up as an export so the fogs stay on with the highs.

WhenI brought my truck in for them to turn off the horn chirp the tech offered to enable anythingI wanted...since the startscan was already hooked up. You can always try that route...i'm not sure if your truck has to be new/under bump-to-bump warranty though.
