So who else has the full lifetime warr? How much did you pay? Is there a ded? Is it full bumper to bumper?

Hey Zack so you went with the dodge not a toyo, good decision. I gather you went with the hemi not the cummins since youre asking about the warranty right?

 

I ended up getting one, if you are referring to the lifetime maxcare, for my 07 Aspen. $1600, $100 deductable. Covers most everything, except for wear items.

 

I got the lifetime full meal deal, they told me it retails for $5500 and I got it for $3650 but I also got the 2008 Mega Cab for just under 30K. The standard is 3/36 but you can buy it for 7/70 or 7/100 I forget for like $2200.

I hope I got a good deal

Oh and make sure you get the Authentic Chrysler/Dodge warranty, I got nicked on my Chevy that I just sold cause the extended warranty was not from Chevy and they went out of business and stole a lot of peoples money with no warranty to have - the guy was like Enron....

 

I take it this warranty differs from the lifetime Powertrain warranty?

 

Wait for the 09 to come out this fall and make a better deal. Having a life time limited warranty on a powertrain boast well with pulling a trailer.

 

Yes I WILL go with the Dodge. I am going to the dealer on Saturday to talk price.

The lifetime powertrain warranty is "internally lubricated parts in the drivetrain" which is very limited. The full factory warranty is a 3 year 36,000 mile. The Full Factory warranty covers everything except wear items, ie. tires/breaks/shocks/belts/hoses and is available in many packages up to lifetime but as I said above make sure it is authentic Chrysler/Dodge.

If you plan on keeping the truck a lifetime as I do there is no choice.
