this is for the 2007 dodge ram hemi, has anyone put the edge evolution programer in there 07 dodge ram, and is it any good?
or have you heard anything about this product

I just got mine last night. I put in the economy program but it made the tranny make an awful noise going from 1st to 2nd under WOT. I put it back to stock and updated it from the internet, I have not tested it again yet. I plan on going out later today. I'll post an update tonight.

 

Yeah let us know i'm intersted in that tuner.

 

Ok the update fixed the shift problem So I love the product. The installation is clean, the customization of the LCD display is great, I wish there were a few more parameters to display like engine load. BUT I do feel alot better having the tranny temp displayed.

 

Sounds good man, glad to hear... I've been leaning towards the Edge Progammer for the last month...

Well, I just met up with Redbeardmcg today and he had installed the Edge Programmer. And I could say is "WOW" and that was only the economy setting!!! The display on the dashboard is an exact match to the factory dashboard, looks like it came from factory!

Awsome acceleration, top end especially! Firm shifting points! Sweet display screen!!! A must have mod, can't wait now!

I drove with the towing program for a couple of miles but I dont run 91 and it seemed to never let MDS kick in so I put it back to economy. There is a noticable difference in shifting and I guess some in power, I typically don't drive heavy footed so romping on it once in a wile is always a suprise.
