u guys are idiots .....
Riiiight....

So I should be out in my unheated garage 3 times in January to clean my TB? Maybe you shouldn't over oil your air filter. There is no good reason why your TB should need cleaning that often.

if you read his other posts they don't make much sense either.

When I called him on the 10k miles per spark plug he then said it was a typo and meant 30k

I still don't get the throttle body as I just cleaned mine at 30k and it was pretty clean, I can't imagine doing that 20 times and doing my oil 10 times.

Btw your sig block still looks too large.

Oh yeah the best thing to do is replace your gas every 5 days, even if you haven't used it, it won't be as good as gas right out of the gas station, trust me, that and rotating your tires on your lunch break you'll see savings. Hahaha lmao

Another btw were you the guy that wanted a 4.7,5.7 and 3rd gen thread?

Also! Air up your tires every 1/2 hour. You should see some savings there to. LOL

I'm looking into square tires, it may be a rough ride but after you get over the corner gravity will help and give you better mpg

from another thread under Oil Consumption

ORIGINAL: 2005cobrakiller

ill tell you everytime i changed my oil i was down like 3 quarts.....i started mixing mid and premium gas and cleaning my TB twice per oil change (every 1500 miles) it only takes about 5 mins....now its in between 1 to 1.5 quarts low....i mean synthetic helps as well....my truck runs like **** on conventional....anyway you look at it when you do an oil change ur gonna be lower then when you filled it engines burn oil maybe not a lot but some......remember its a truck it can handle it too.....just do ur research like i did....i use castrol gtx full synthetic every other oil change and Q horsepower full synthetyic every other oil change 5w-20......

3 quarts in 3k miles, so 1 quart per 1000 miles. hrmmm.........

does this make sense to anyone, am i missing something here?
