I occasionally go hunting on land that has allot of brush and want something that can take all the brush down while driving through the land, its hard dirt down here in South Texas and so my 2WD is fine, I would like a wench also just incase I end up getting stuck in brush land sometimes there are quick showers during dove hunting season and if i get into some mud Id like to be able to pull my self out if needed. I have factory stock 20" wheels on it now but I plan to upgrade to M/T's or A/T's to with the bumper grills.
I thought I heard that the IFS is weaker and cant handle the load.. So Im trying to get the facts before I attempt it.. Almost ALL websites with ranch style bumper grills are for F250 F350, 2500 and 3500 trucks..

Dude, stop bumping. It takes more than an hour to get the responses. Most people got a page back when they first log on.
The ifs can take the weight of the bumper, a winch might be pushing it. You mainly worry about the ifs when you want bigger tires. 35's is about the biggest it can handle. I would stick with 33's if your gonna add all that weight.

Sorry It bumped worked though since you replied. Kinda in a hurry , I want bring it in tomorrow for the bumper and might not get a chance to get back on later tonight or tomorrow. So I guess Ill fork down the cash to get new shocks and tires then bring it in to get the bumper grill fitted and installed..
