torsion cranking

Default torsion cranking

so iv been wanting to crank them for a while to make it level but im still unsure what they look like, are they the bolts that my running bars are attached at, if anyone has a picture that would be great

bolt head is facing down...one on each side. jack up the front and start turning. i'd start w/ 4 turns and take it for a ride...see what you think.

I turned mine4 turns this weekend. and it looks alot better, I think it actually rides better now.

Follow the torsion bar back toward the cab, it ends at the torsion key, the key bolt is the one with the head sticking straight down, just like bpv's pic...

they are BFG all terrain T/A KO35x12.5 they rubbed a lil bit before. and now they dont rub at all

He means that the tires rubbed before he turned the torsion bars. I'm not sure how tires rubbing on the sidewall hold up in the long run. Can't be too good for them.

ahh gotcha....thanks for the clarification. thought he meant it rubbed on the sides, because mine are probally gonna rub on the sides since i barely have any clearance, and im going with a wider tire, but a spacer will fix that
