Default First Impression

I posted a problem a couple of weeks ago about irratic shifting with the tranny. I took it in to shop and they replaced an inline pressure sensor. All was well for a couple of days. It is now back in the shop and they tranny is being replaced at 2400 miles. Now I know why Chryler has to put a life time warranty on their powertrain. This is my first Ram and I am not impressed. I was just told it would take several days before the new tranny would come in.

Dodge has had problems with their trannies for years. Upset, no. Dissapointed, yes.

why? warranting something that fails is how companies go bankrupt.

It would be interesting to know how many tranny failures Chrysler has had over the years?

1% under factory invoice, plus all rebates and incentives, plus a 6year-100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty at no cost on top of the lifetime powertrain warranty. This is why I got the Ram.
